When will Beta invitations by email be sent?

You were told beta Q1 this year a long time ago. Beta dates are quite often pushed back. Sometimes they're pushed back an entire year. The fact that they aren't even alluding to a forthcoming beta announcement says quite a bit. I suspect if Higby had knowledge of actual beta start date info he wouldn't have said they have absolutely nothing to say about beta in that recent PC magazine interview. Them not even throwing out a "sometime this Spring" or whatever means you ought not to get your hopes up for a beta anytime soon.

Offtopic real quick: I HATE it when someone clearly younger then me calls me "bud"... Just got off the phone with dominos and the kid was CLEARLY younger then me but because my voice isnt super deep he called me "bud". I want to kill him right now... I am 23... he was probably 16 or 17.

Its pretty hard to tell a bunch of Planetside fanastics not to worry about the beta date when its probably the thing we want most aside from actual release. =P

Too be honest I hope everything works out when it comes to the vets, I know higby said that if you were a PS player you get priority access. Unfortunately I've been desperate to get my hands on a magazine but its sold out left and right. I haven't subbed to Planetside for years and due to various activities and because of that money is tight- I'm basically using my 45 days given by SOE to play Planetside, since it will be my very last time playing ever.

I'm very anxious and paranoid about beta; Questions like "Do I have to subscribe to get in early? Does it matter if I do or not? What qualifies as a veteran?" these questions plague my mind. I want to get into beta because this is the dream game I waited for most of my life:Mass battles,airship drops, tanks,interior battles,unique factions- Planetside 2 has it all, I could go on. Another minor reason I want to get into beta is to reserve my In-game tag I used for years (or attempted to get) it would be glorious to to play PS2 for years with the name you chose and not settle with.

But I digress,its late I'm going to sleep.
