I thought it looked more like a 18-wheeler cap hauling a giant block of steel.

Only there were a couple cannons on top of the block. 75mm's by the look of them.

Looks like an armored truck, like the ones that carry money to and from banks.. Can't remember official name of it...

Hah! Yeah, armored truck for money.

It needs to be wider. Much wider. There's room for people sitting facing each other down the sides, but their knees would be touching. With that much room, getting out in a hurry would be impossible. (Both sides couldn't stand up at the same time and run out.)
