I didn't plan on making them. However is anyone wants to try here are instructions: you need photoshop (with some basic knowledge of how layers, masks and alpha channels work) and ICOFormat.8bi plugin (222kb version) for .ico and .cur files. However this plugin has a glitch since it actually makes .ico not .cur files which have their cursor point position messed up (leftbottom). To fix it open any of my .cur files with hex editor and copy/overwrite first 3 rows (hex address 0-32) in .cur file you made. Next to make .ani files I used Anituner 2 (freeware). Also it takes some time and patience. Good luck!
