No need to double post. Heh, anywa.y the requirements are 256 MB of RAM and a 32 MB video card but I really suggest getting 512 MB and a 64 MB card at least. BTW, this is in the FAQ. Also you NEED a Geforce 2 or higher. Heh.

RAM bein DDR or not shouldn't matter, it just effects how fast the RAM is. The RAM requirement is so the game can hold everything it needs to in memory at once.

DDR is better, but SDRAM will hold jsut as much, jsut slower

Argh, all this memory stuff is so confusing. I know RDRAM is the best, but you say SDRAM isn't as good as DDR. Isn't there DDR SDRAM or something? I'm so confused!

Well, DDR is fine. DDR2 is the enwest fastest RAM and RDRAM is supposed to be faster than DDR but I never noticed a difference. SDRAM is the slowest. Basically, most P4s and AMD XPs use DDR, occasionally RDRAM

DDR is basicly SDRAM. It just works on a higher memory bus.
DDR = double data rate, i.e. 133MHz SDRAM becomes 266Mhz DDR SDRAM.

... or something like that...

You need more RAM and a new display adapter... 32mb MX card ain't gonna do a good job. Get 512 mb of ram and a G4TI4200 or better, depending on how much you have to spend..

SDR ram = Synchronous Dynamic RAM, meaning the ramspeed follows your cpu's bus speed.

DDR ram = Double Data Rate, it's an asyncronious form of memory that can work faster than your cpu's bus speed.

RDR ram = Recomended data rate, it's a ramtype that has a faster bus speed than DDR but slower caches. Its the fastest ram atm but it needs special boards and is a dying memory type due to the fact that companies have to pay a royalty to RAMBUS when making the chips, pluss they cost a buttload more and it's only slightly faster than the best DDR ram atm. also need a special MB to use it.. don't worry about RDR at all.
