Nope, thats either a galaxy/skeeter/reaver. Look at the HUD, it has vech armor. HARTS and drop pods are indestructable, so i doubt its either of those. I say its a galaxy becuase there is a full group of people, and this same group can be seen entering/waiting around galaxies in many screen shots from the same day.

Make sure you posted the right address to the right picture.

What you posted was a Skeeter in a NC base.. Being in a NC base it's well protected and not screwed. The thing in the background is a HART being launched to an orbital station.

But it says right in the caption that it is a HART:
"HART Transport launching for an orbital drop."
