Question about the skins/stuff you can buy.

Hello all. I was wondering if the skins you buy for weapons/vehicles/armor are tied to your account or the character you buy them on? Say you buy some stuff on your main character will the stuff also on a alt some might make on another server? THX

I would say it is a very high chance that what skins/attachments/customisations you unlock on one character will be for that character only. I also don't see this being a problem either (based on what we know at the moment of availables).
