I don't think this even qualifies as an idea. There's no development on it, you just posted a picture of some sort of space battleship and added some nonsensical rambling in an attempt to justify it without explaining why it's needed or even what it is.

Ok. Fine.
Each piece of apparatus has variation of its designed purpose. Focusing on vehicles, each vehicle has their own designed purpose. A single purpose. However, the Galaxy spreads into more than just logistics and transport. When you say 'Galaxy incoming'! it will always be prompt with 'What sort of Galaxy?' because of this Gunship spin-off. All starting from the ancient old idea of PlanetSide forums of old someone from Community brought-up a gunship concept with images. Community loved it! Some year(s) later, SOE decide to have a Galaxy Gunship, which was extremely piss-poor attempt at bringing something new in PlanetSide1. For SOE's PlanetSide team it was an easy substitute to bringing that wonderful renowned initial idea into the game. I am challenging these two things:

I support the idea of a high-flying gunship that punishes enemy armor. (a real gunship with guns all on one side, not that BS that was the GalGunship, seriously wtf was that). It should offer no solution to enemy fighters, and focus on an anti-armor role, with anti-armor cannons that are terrible at shooting squishies, but should boast ample countermeasures to protect it from such ground targets.
The Liberator and single-pilot aircraft should continue to focus on being close-support craft that can make use of rear weak spots if they can get in behind the enemy.
