Return to the Vanu Sovereignty

Hello all! I recently acquired a beta key from the lovely Ms. Krohn on her twitch stream, so I figured if I'm going to be joining you all on the fields of battle 'Soon' (TM) then I should get to know some people.

I played Planetside 1 from the start of its beta and played it for about a year after its release. I had to stop after that from technical issues (IE: my friend stopped letting me leech his broadband internet).

During my time I joined the Vanu Sovereignty (the best empire, obviously) as an infiltrator. I enjoyed sneaking behind the front lines of the battle and disrupting base defense by backstabbing whoever I could find. Nothing was quite as satisfying as slipping an Energy Blade into the back of a Terran MAX suit.

When the game releases I plan to fill the role of Infiltrator again, and I hope the cloak/sniping options are as varied as they sound. I'll have to wait until the beta to see, as the engineer is also enticing.

I'll see you on the fields of battle. And, most likely, I'll be shiving you before you see me.

Welcome back, always great to meet another VS. Look forward to seeing you in game, i still havent snagged a key yet but been signed up forever so hopefully can get in there with you.

I was worried on ever getting into the beta, myself. My old Station Account was tied to a now non-existent email provider and I didn't remember my name OR my password on it. I hope all you vets who still have your accounts get into the beta smoothly, and no one falls through the cracks.

PS: Getting a key on twitter is impossible. I don't know how many days I was trying there.

welcome aboard. I know of a squad of Vanu infiltrators who are looking forward to actually carrying a sniper rifle this time around.
