I had a dev friend in the original PS. We used to play now and then on the live servers but he couldn't let on that he worked for SOE to anyone else. He'd told me because I used to help him out with some stuff out of PS.

Better was when we played on the test servers. That's where he got to use his dev powers. Result meant for some "omg ur a lamo hacker" hate tells.

He went to work for another MMO though and I haven't heard what happened to him.

There's going to be so many screenshots of dev kills. It'll be glorious. Then annoying. We're going to have to make a thread to consolidate them all.

I've got a 30-gig hard drive sitting around somewhere with a folder full of PS screenshots, including dev kills from events and the like... I'm suddenly tempted to go dig for it.

I would have thought that the entire team would be playing everyday, to continually assess the impact of specific mechanics, and to also test new features as they are implemented into new builds.
