Troopers up for recruitment

I don't think me or my people have ever dabbled in Planetside, but I have been watching 2's development for some time and have decided to give it a whirl. Especially since it's free, giving my broke college bound associates no excuses to miss out
I represent anywhere from three to seven people (depending on how many follow through). The following is not intended to sound like "horn tooting" but merely an overview of our mindset and past experience, because we're looking for like minded people to join :P
Three of us have experience running corps/clans/guilds ranging from small to mid size. All were PvP oriented, with an emphasis on team work and co-ordination. If the team won, everyone won, even the guy who didn't get a kill or who was fulfilling a non-combat or peripheral role. Our teams were not particularly rigid or formal (it's a game), but we were not by any means democratic. People who were excessively annoying (one guy insisted on a "unit roster" with formally denoted ranks and duties when we had less than ten people at the time), refused to cooperate with the group (charging around haphazard trying to "get the kill"), or caused excessive drama (getting our entire clan sanctioned by admins) were disciplined or expelled.
As a result of our organisation, and willingness to serve support roles in the group, we generally obliterate our opponents. Games we've played vary widely across genres, with Eve, Freelancer, Killzone, Gears of War, etc. I personally played Killzone 2, and regularly placed in the top 10% (even back when people still played it). My brother, an X-Box user (not a compliment), is freakishly good, and places in the top 6000 of Gears of War 3 all time... and no, he doesn't mod. Some of my other associates are "above average" and couple of the others fall under "good intentions" but all are team oriented and friendly/easy to get along with.
We're looking for a small to mid-size Terran Republic outfit to join. Anybody need a few good men? No? What if I tell you we're all secretly hot chicks who play video games? I figured that would get some attention...
