On the official PS1 forums, when the game was still in alpha, a member named CrazyJawa used to talk about flamethrowers all the time to the point where everyone started referring to it as the Jawa. (Its official name at the time was flamespitter, I think)

Flamethrower should be plain Torch or The Torch

Heavies was sometimes used for MAXs, as a counterpart to squishies (or softies).

Vanu were often referred to as "fishheads" on Werner, which to be fair was full of drug addicts, borderline personalities and sexual predators. Or maybe that was just my outfit.

Fraggles was often used for the cavemen (at least for the VS).
Magtrain, when there was about 3 or more Magriders together.
Surgile, Agiles with Surge (usually seen bailing from Mossies with their HA).
Grannyhack, someone hacking without any of the hacking certs (the slowest hack).
Interfarm, another name for Interlink Facilities (due to the difficulty in taking them).
Biffer, often used instead of BFR.
