I feel the same way to a point. No need to spam, I always tried not to ask something unless I cannot find it in the FAQ or a forum search. As I don't remember this every coming up before, it's a good question.

No problem. I've got to some forums about a game, and just seen alot of people making stuff up that wasn't true. Then other people started thinking it was true because so many others said it was.
