i think you just proofed that pro7 is taking the whole thing very serious!
there were quite a few answers that settled concerns the first pro7 FAQ arosed.

I couldn't find it anywhere in this thread, but if I buy an item on the SoE marketplace (with station cash), will it be available on the Pro7 servers too?

Answer: If you log in with a Station Account from the US you will pay with Station Cash and will access the US marketplace, regardless of which server you choose. If you log in from Europe with a ProSiebenSat.1 Games account you will always access the European marketplace with SevenCash.

I've got a 2nd question about this bit. If we buy stuff with SevenCash (or whatever its called) for the EU server, say PornstarMAX or BaconMAX Camo schemes. Will these be available on the US side of things and vice versa? You've said that you MAY introduce your own stuff to buy in the future, so there may be discrepancies between US and EU players. I've done a quick forum search but to no avail.

TL;DR? - If i buy something will it be available across all SoE & Pro7 servers, or locked to that character/server.

It certainly sounds like it.

But one could also be super-cynical and say "terms and conditions may be revised at the service provider's discretion"

However, I do expect the Cash Shop prices and SevenCash costs to be higher in general than the US pricing. As far as I can see, the Cash Shop is the only way for ProSiebensat to make any money from this deal, unless SOE are actually paying them to run the account admin and game support.

has been answered. you log in with your account and it doesn´t matter if it´s soe or pro7. you will use the matching marketplace automaticly and can buy stuff for every server you want to play on.

oh and brolly, are you familiar with planetside 1?
maybe we can get something similar to the black ops events.
raab and his gang will get overpowered 4th faction chars and everybody is going to hunt them down

damn, even make a tv show out of it! time to establish some e-sport events in german tv!

What i meant, is if I purchase something on the SoE market, for example some MAX horns, will I have to repurchase it on Pro7 servers or will it just be available for use without purchasing it again?

On july 4th some dev tweeted about the deal on half priced station cash, and how we can use that for ps2.

I bought some, but I'm an EU player. Have I been bait and switched?

i understood ...

but i am afraid you have to rebuy everything for every server you play on!

if the items on the marketplace are account based and not server based, you can use them on both server types for sure.

but the question would be: "How would you do that?" If you are europeen, you can't access SOE station. Only Pro7 cashshop will be open for you and vice versa for america.

What's in your mind?

no! your station cash will transfer over to your pro7 account. this has been confirmed earlier.

Thanks. Most of the answers are great.
But i dont like that forced region locking. Everything is connected, and anyone can play anywhere. Thats great. But i dont understand why forcing people with SOE account to migrate to Pro7 account. They can play on all servers anyway. Why not let those who want play with SOE account, youll get enough new players to Pro7 account with your advertising.

Q: Whats the reason for this forced region lock?

(Support dont count. You dont provide support in my language anyway so i would have to use english, and play late at night so i can fit to US support time)
