Weird issue with trying to buy PS1

So I used to play PS1, and I got re-activated during the free promotion (awesome). Had a good time playing with friends. Now I want to make sure I'm an active subscriber for the Monday beta "launch" (fingers crossed).

So I go to SOE Station and try to pay the 15 for the game. It won't process y purchase. My card is fine and Station remembers my card, but doesn't record the purchase. Just refreshed the page after I click "purchase".

Station says I have an active PS1 account, on a 45-day non-recurring plan that expires on August 12th. I can get into PS1 today and will be able to on Monday. Does this make me "active"?

I know everyone else had a 30 day period. I was in PS1 beta and was thinking maybe that has something to do with it.

Not sure but I want to make sure I get to the best tier possible for beta release.

you might want to email SOE about it to get a set in stone answer, this seems like one of those technical issues only they can answer 100%

If you were in planet side 1 beta with that account you got nothing to worry about. Just let you know you must had at least purchase 1 subscription with planet side 1, back then. Even if you purchase last month or this month you be consider a vet.

Click on your account name, then game pass info. If it says Active in green next to Planetside then you're good to go.

So I know that I had my account on subscription in the past, but when my month came up after the free trial, my credit card either ran out of money or expired so my card isn't on my account's payment history. Needless to say that after that free month, I've had several opportunities to play on free time for various of SOE's reasons, but does anyone know if that makes my account a previous subscriber? Just wondering if anyone would know that or if I should go to SOE or ask Smedley himself haha.

@OP

If you're willing to drop a few extra bucks you could sub to the station all-access pass for a month - that still includes planetside as far as I know and I don't see why it wouldn't get you in, being a vet and having an active all-access sub, amirite?

FML man, first world problems.

I tried to subscribe to PS1 as a backup. It wont accept my cc payment even though I know my card is good. It recorded my CC under payment sources with each attempted purchase (5 times) but never once took my money.

Tried to get in touch with SOE but it was the weekend, now its too late.
