seems like theyre going for a minimalist approach. less cert points required equates to less beps earned. i hope theyd make it harder to be advanced anything(like medical or hacking or whatever). maybe like double the cert points required for advanced skills.

Alot of the beta testers where given characters with every cert at battle rank 20 so they could test like everything for bugs.

Yea that guy did a good job taking a screenshot of a bug.
