performance , needs to be optimized properly

My set up is as follows , amd bulldozer 4100 fx cpu , 8 gb ram , gtx geforced 570 , windows 7 64 bit . I average around 40-80 frames per second but when i get into a fight my frames will drope right down to about 15-30 FPS , has this game been optimized properly yet and is there any support for amd processors , whats your set up and what FPS do you average ?
