I work graveyards, so I'm up when the servers come back up, and on the weekends at 4am PST the US West servers are full of people in the asian part of the world. The lagging and warping of players is almost unbearable. especially if they're running towards you adadadaing. I had a guy the other morning running at me in a zig zag fashion. He would start to the left of where I was aiming and come back to center as if there was a center line drawn down my sights, then he would warp to the right of the line and come back to the center line. This happened 5 or six times really fast. He was an HA with shields on, so the meager panic fire I had inflicted on him was ineffectual. I just had to laugh and chalk it up to physics.
Hopefully this gets resolved with world-wide servers on release, but I imagine it's just as frustrating for them to shoot me as it is for me to shoot them in most cases. As for being shot behind cover because of how the hit detection works, eh, you're cutting your maneuver too close. Be safer next time.
