Is my Repair Tool working

Hi Folks,

I've lost all HUD elements for the Repair Tool. I'm not seeing the circle denoting the damage on the target, the exp message. No beam and no sound. I stilll see the aiming dot.

Is it still working? Have they added some sort of cool down timer? Do I need batteries now?

No its just a Bug and you have to restart relog the Game,.-.
