Here're two lag-free setups for rigs of my level:

This one is the one I used in Beta:

This is the one I use in launch version:

Both setups should be nearly completely lag-free even in a very dire fight. Also, the 2st setup is more visually attractive to the eye, despite all the setting pointing otherwise.

Tbh, I don't find 20 FPS lag free in fights. But that is just my opinion

. If I want to fully enjoy an FPS I want it to be at 50/60FPS, but that is different for everyone.

Wasn't there supposed to be an Ultra setting? Because I can't find it, and I can't even run GPU Physx on my card apparently from in-game. I'd like to be able to crank it up more, because the only time it dips below 30 is when the CPU intense crap starts.

Check here. I know it works for sure. My FPS dropped a decent amount enabling all that. I guess it looks prettier compared to High, but I wasn't floored by it.
