Do Cirt prices go down as you increase in exp in a class?

Cert prices are lock to what they are till the devs think they need a redoing. No amount of XP will lower cert cost for something. The ony things XP give are certs and battle ranks. How much XP for each cert is more likely to change than cert costs.

All though PS2 is a MMO, it's a MMOFPS not a MMOFPSRPG.
