undelivered purchase

So just today I tried to Purchase the Artemis scout rifle for the VS, 700 SC so it say congratulations blah blah and I clicked through that but when I went to equip it on the infiltrator it ain't there. I look in all the other classes but to no avail, looking back at the shop It says the rifle is locked like before you buy it and 700 station cash has been removed.

I wanted to know if this has happened to anyone else an what I should do about this, I've reported it as a bug but that's all.

U have to log out and back in. And yea it should be seen as a bug, fucking SOE need to sort that, inconvenience NO:1

No use reporting it as they are fully aware of the problem, they post server notices about this from time to time. For the time being you always have to relog, just like OpolE wrote, after purchasing/unlocking a weapon/camo/decal etc.
