Could use some feedback on this build.

These are the items ive got in my shopping cart, im going to use my old Graphics card for now, since my CPU is my biggest issue on my current PC, also going to use my old Hard drive/power supply as well, but here's what im thinking for the upgrades.

Case http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811129042
Ram http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231488
MB http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128498
CPU http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819115234
cooler http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835181015

How do you think planetside 2 would Run with that setup? My current graphics card im using is a Radeon HD 5750, but in big battles its only being used about 10%.... CPU(intel core 2 duo) Sits around 80-98% with 10-15
fps in LARGE fights

Thats all over the place.

You need to be looking at a Z77 motherboard, 3570K for overclocking (only K models overclock), 2x4GB DDR3 to have dual channel.

Case link is broken too.

GPU should be okay for handling the game. You will in no way benefit from a GPU upgrade like you said.

Antec 300's a solid case for that price point. If you like the style, I'd pull the trigger on it.
