Low polygon count character selection screen

While it's nothing really serious, it just gets on my nerves every time I see it. Do you guys also see this extremely low polygon count character when your on the character selection screen, while everything around it is in high-rez? How is it possible that it cannot show a top notch character model when we aren't even in-game yet?

I agree, character models in character selection screen should always have the best possible quality, not the quality we set in settings.

I think it's there to show what the settings will make your game look like.

Another example of blurryness in this game, it's supposed to prepare you for what is to come when you enter the game :P

I agree, our only real chance to view our character in all of it's glory is the character select screen. I would really like to see higher quality renders of myself in the future

So... what if they give you an option to switch between "Your Settings" and "Optimal Settings"?
