How to setup a 360 Controller for Vehicles

I bought a Speed Link 360 controller. I am now trying to set it up in game but I can't really get a good feel with it.

Anyone got any good suggestions how to key bind the controller?

Yes use xpadder, i have my 360 controller set up for infantry, ground vehicle, and air. You can map a button on ur controller to cycle through your different button maps.

Xpadder stoped working for me after today's patch for some odd reason.

do most players (the ones that spend a lot of time in vehicles) use a joystick for air/land vehicles?
