I think the cert reset will be the best selling item SOE puts in the Depot. No doubt will be 700SC like pretty much EVERYTHING. I would hope it would only be 250-500.

A cert reset is a major overhaul, and as thus should require a huge investment in thought regarding doing it and how often.
Too cheap and people reset non stop, so I think 1000 SC is probably a good place to price something like this up. Purely from a not wanting to have people cert every day point of view |

It's a slippery slope on the cert reset.
On the one hand... people want it... on the other - if I don't really need to earn more certs because I can just reset them -- maybe I get rid of my sub. Instead of refunding or allowing a respec - I think it would be better if SOE just awarded "adjustment" certs to people that have purchased some item that has had its balance changed. Doesn't have to be the full amount.. it can just be like 250... but something that keeps the sub incentive and the incentive for players to want to get more certs.... ie. they don't get anything if balance is changed to something they don't own. |

I wonder how servers and battles are going to look when the people with SC to spare re-cert for the new fotm everytime right after the patch hits.
I bet you now that the new farm will be anti-cyclic... |
