How to make an outfit?!?

Been searching around for a while but can't find anything, sorry for the noob question but I'm a BR21 and I want to make an outfit so my and my IRL friends can play together w/o making a squad. Help?

PlanetSide 2 New Player Questions but it is a good question that I couldnt see answered any where here.

From memory, you go to the Outfit tab in the Social section of the UI and click Create Outfit.
