Don't really know if this newsworthy. If not sorry about that. However some new things on the PTS. Including a couple of interesting tidbits. However, as of this post, logging in is a wee bit tricky as it won't let you. Chars are seemingly wiped. See for yourself.

Managed to snag some screenshots and info from the Test Server for you all. (To see the image in a larger resolution, right click and select "Open in new tab") Definition: The Harasser buggy is now available to all factions on test server A three person vehicle with a driver, a gunner, and a (MAX capable) rumble seat Do note: Costs 200 Mechanical Resources to pull. Tops out at about 90KPH (with no upgrades) Weapons/Performance Slots: It looks like the Harasser will have all the MBT secondary weapons (Saron/PPA, Vulcan/Marauder, Enforcer/Enforcer Modified) in addition to other secondary weapons (Walker, Cobalt, Basilisk, Halberd) as well as Sunderer/Gal/Flash weapons (Bulldog, Fury). Performance slots seem to be identical to the Flash's (Scrapper/Surger/Racer) Utility Slots: This is where it gets fun: In addition to the regular choices, ie Fire Suppression/radar etc. It also gets Gate Shield Diffuser as well as Turbo. Could be fun for crashing into shielded bases without the use of a Sunderers. Defense slots: Access to all typical defensive slots, nothing we haven't seen before on any other vehicle. Higby was just restarting the server but quick points:
Thats all I got to look at though. Noticed some interesting bugs like the bridge from Ti-Alloys to the Crown an entire section of it was sunk in the ground and the dirt roads a few had geometry hiccups where the ground was sunk down to form a physical barrier (assume this isn't a design integration haha) Edit: Unfortunately the NC employed the annoying announcer again - she hasn't been jettisoned as a test subject into deep space to see if the worm hole remains active.... yet. The tutorial is a work in progress. What you saw is an very early version and wasn't ready for play testing. It has a lot more being added to it and you'll see a much more fleshed out version soon enough!

This is probably a very small matter, but I feel like I should be able to see the hood of the harasser when sitting in 1st person. It just looks... weird the way it does now.
Also, the VS MAX has dual lancers. LOL |
