C4- Bug?

yesterday i unlocked the C4 on my heavy armoured guy. i thought it would also unlock on all the other soldiers... but i cant equip it on the others, just on the heavy one. the red lock at the C4 disappeared everywhere, but while its said, that it costs 500 to update the C4 at the heavy, it says 200 at the others. is this a bug or normal? and if it is normal, well, i clearly dont like that, because, how should i have known that before? and why dont they just say: if u unlock it, its unlocked, it doesnt matter if u unlock it for the medic or the ingeneer etc...

You have to unlock them across all classes to use them on all. They also don't do cert refunds because " you can unlock all certs playing the game so no need ". Even though they could make ALOT of money off cert resets.

Best thing you can do is try and send them an email, customer service might help you get some certs back if your unhappy. They have done good things to people i know in the past with similiar issues.

If C4 was universal it would be on the Universal Utility Tab and not the class specific utility tab. Though maybe they should make that a bit more obvious.

Yeah, it's not a bug - it's just dodgy, inconsistent design. Mines work the same way.

It's pretty bizarre, especially considering health kits and weapons are universal unlocks. Unfortunately PS2 is full of this kind of thing
