First: I have sent a ticket on SoE/Support and waiting answer so no need 4 telling me that. ^^
Second: I have talked to my bank about my card and they say its "ok" to by stuff from games with it. So. Why can't I still get by the "forward" button after choosing how much "station cash" i want to by without getting an Error in my face? "It appears that an error has occurred while we were processing your purchase. Please try again. If you continue to encounter this error please we will be happy to offer assistance at www.soe.com/support." Any one know the answer? is it just an error of some sort aka: wait it out? It's possible your bank has received an anomalous number of chargebacks on purchases from this vendor, and their automated fraud routines have kicked in. You'd think that would have come up in the conversation, though. Either way, I think you're waiting it out.
