Premium Member Certs Boost not working...

Hmmm... Since the update I'm no longer getting my usual 48 certs per day. I last logged in last night at 22:10 and logged in again this morning at 05:10 and I only received 3 certs. Should have been 14 certs.

Who do we speak to about that?

Have you checked the main SOE threads to see if anyone else is having the same issue?

I've just had a quick look at the main SOE forum and there's no mention of this problem yet. I'm in Europe and therefore I cannot log into the main SOE forum without creating an account there. So I'll need to do that before I can post and I won't be able to do that till later in the day (at work right now).

Bit of a bummer this for me. I struggle to get online that often (to play) and only earn 100xp per minute, on a good day, which is why I paid for my six month premium membership.

Hopefully it is just a temporary thing

Logged in and received 48 certs with the first one, 12 with the other 2.
The normal is 48 each.

So it's not just me then...

I have just the two characters and I received only 3 certs for each of them.

Once I have some "me" time I'll look into logging a ticket woth SOE.

Latest news... I've just managed to get onto an unsecured wireless network connection at work and when I logged into the game both users received 15 certs each. That only covers the last seven hours between log-ins so, although the problem appears to have been fixed now, I doubt if I'll get back the eleven certs I am owed.

Is it worth even trying to jump through hoops with SOE support for eleven certs?

yeah had the same shenanigan this morning,

My EU TR char got -12

EU - VS got 48

EU - NC got 12

NA-E TR got 12

so what can we infer from this....... VS favoritism/cronyism/somethingism again

Damn it! It's still a problem for me. When I logged on at mid day I thought all was fine, but I've just logged in and I only got 5 certs. So now I'm 20 certs down on both my characters

The exact same situation for me tonight. Yesterday, after updating, I got 48 certs for each character.

Yeah, same here. Logged in yesterday afternoon when I got home and got 5 certs for each char. Normal is 48 certs. Hmmm.

Tep, all seems to be okay now although we are not going to get our lost certs back... Gonna have to work harder LOL
