Has the patch not happened yet?

Or at least the hip-fire bit, logged in my VS as woodman went down and I can't see any reason I'd stop hip-firing the orion, still brilliant accuracy from the hip better than anything my NC has access to before the patch. I hope they just pushed it back a bit and I'm not going to find my NC guns even more unusable when hip-firing while VS are perfectly fine....
