Hello!
So I come here to share an idea about dual wielding weapons such as pistols, SMGs and maybe others that would be released later. It would be like MAX weapons : no ability to aim (of course) and not being able to add stuff on it (laser, scope...). More recoil. What about it? |

I've had some toughts on this improvement myself.
*The upgrade itself would have to be expensive because it is in fact weilding two same guns at a time. *Since Planetside 2 has higher recoil and other stats that are different from other FPS games ( like Call of Duty for example ) the reload times should be longer, as you do not have a free hand because after all you are weilding two weapons at a time. *The accuracy must be GREALTY decreased, possibly even larger than on shotguns. *The speed of switching to that weapon has to be decreased as well. Dual welding pistoles seem fine (the TR repeater users like me would love it) but I don't know about SMG's. From what I see Planetside 2 doesn't want to have a too fast time to kill so having two SMG's would double their power and dominate in close quarters. |

I thought about SMGs, but the recoil and the spread should greatly increase so it would be real close quarter combat if you wanna be efficient.
For pistols...I don't know. TX 1 repeater would be ok, but 2 commissionners would depend of the luck: if you miss you die if you hit you win. |
