You can pretend Im bragging or saying unreasonable things but any one who actually reads the thread can see than Im being reasonable(even if they disagree with my point) and they can see that youre acting like a drama queen pretending Im making some sort of unfair commentary.

Ghoest, it’s not what you say... it’s how you say it. You come off all belligerent at times... and that’s what gets people's backs up.

Bottom line is, the OP is paying for membership that includes x-amount of passive certs. He and other did not get them. If this is sustained over a number of instances where servers stuff up... that’s a lot of certs. The issue is there is no recognition from SOE of this and hence, possibly no remedy.

Would you adam and eve it... 300% passive certs not working again after the update.

I've e-mailed support, again, also complaining that, although promised, they never refunded my previous missing certs.

This is total pants IMO and it saddens me that I have become a griper here. Yes, I hate to say it but I am yet another player who will not be renewing my subscription when it runs out, in the next month or so as it happens.

Aye, if you're not getting what you paid for then you have every damn right to complain about it.

And it happens so, so often.

I used to work at a company where after every time change, one particular application's processing schedule would be off by an hour and it would screw everything up that night. You understand when it happens once.... twice... but when it happens again and again and again - there is a problem. Someone isn't doing their job.

Someone is dropping the ball to have this constantly be a problem after updates.

Got some extra Certs at my log in after the latest update.

I'm afraid to say that I will not be renewing my membership when it runs out. Nor will I be purchasing any more SC...

I will test the other SOE titles, maybe the all access will make membership worth it.

But people made the math, the certs we received last patch it is less them 50% we should had got. With a 10% error margin.
