Planetside 1 crashing problems

I downloaded the game and am able to start the launcher/update but when I start the game after it all I get an error saying "the application has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way" no idea whats wrong... and i think that the planetside 1 support team is gone now so i doubt i get much help there.
plz help i need my PS1!!

Search the planetside.exe and set it to run as admin always, because the launchpad starts it normally. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/m.../ff431742.aspx
