Problem/issue with logging

Hey guys, I have a problem that I used to have it before too, I can't log in.
Sometimes when I had this problem I just waited and it got fixed later, but sometimes I re-installed the game and it got fixed, but I'm not sure if the re-install helped or just it got fixed in time. Anyway I u-installed the game and when I try to log in to re-install again, this shows up

Sorry Albos, but I've never experienced that particular one, and the error message is too generic to give any idea as to what is actually happening. (thanks SOE :P)

You've probably already tried these, but on the offchance that you have not:
Restart your computer. (yeah yeah, it sounds silly and IT crowdish but you never know...)
Make sure you have the right login details. (Yeah, yeah, I'm sure you have, and also the error message should be different if that was the problem but we're dealing with SOE here)
Make a new account and try to log in with that. It's hardly a solution but it'll let us know if the problem is with your account or with your connection/instillation/somethingelse.
Ask SOE for help (yeah right!)

If you didn't have a very advanced character then make a new account so you can at least play
