Yea... I used to be a Nvidia fan... but then I found out that ATI works for Nintedo GameCube... now... now... );... I own a Geforce FX 5600 128mb, when a Radeon 9500 pro 128mb is over 2 times better (I did research it.) But it costs the same. The only link I remember is the pricewatch one (www.pricewatch.com)

Both of those cards are limited by your processor, you'd be better off saving a little cash and getting a 9700 Pro

alright i am thankfull for all your guys responses.
I understand that forking over 500 is al little crazy, but im just going to get a good card from the start instead off buying and 5200 geforce or a 9500 radeon and then upgrading again to a better card. Why not just buy the good one from the start and let it last for a while? (lol just thought this looked cool)

I have read many reviews saying that the Geforce 5900 FX is not very good, and actually very choppy in PS according to many players on my server who have them. Many peeps just seem not satisfied with those cards. I guess the FX series of Geforce are not very good. The radeons work very nice with PS though. I am running a Radeon 9700 and it is sooooooo smooth. Hope that helps a little on your decision.

You do not need to spend $100 extra because the card has 256 mb ram. It's a total waste of money.

Go with the Radeon 9800 Pro 128 mb ram. Thats $400 and a VERY good card. Don't waste your money for 256 ram there is no need for it.
