Watercooling and general!

Im thinking of using a peltier for the processor withe the zalmons fan! http://www.frozencpu.com/cgi-bin/fr...cpu-zal-10.html do you think it can cool an 80 watt one! Like this one: http://www.frozencpu.com/cgi-bin/frozencpu/exp-02.html ??? do you think i would need one of these with it: http://www.frozencpu.com/cgi-bin/frozencpu/exp-03.html because im guessing, this, would be to much for the fan to cool: http://www.frozencpu.com/cgi-bin/frozencpu/exp-01.html . I think my air temperature will be nice so im guessing i really just need to get soemthing to get the heat off the peltier. Do you think that fan and the other stuff can do it? IM just using the fan for the vid card(9800xt) thats on it cause im not going to bother OCing it. do you think i should get a peltier for the FSB cause im going to be ocing it for the ram and need to make it capable of handling an overclock for possibly the 4 gigs of 533mhz ram when it comes out. which is why im doing the proccessor to. IVe decieded to put a 1/4 sized block on the "back" side bus to put another block on something 8)and, a 1/2 size on the FSB and as i asked before will that cover the heat from ocing or should i consider a peltier and what size do you think?

The rest was just saying im geting only 1 gig now to start of 500 mhz ram till i can get 4 gigs of the 500 or 533 i want, but not sure which yet! And some stuff about getting my comp price down to 4600$ now with 500 gig raid 350 dollar headphones moniter and everyother accessory i want besided the speakers and webcam, which i have priced at 650 or speakers and 500 for webcam. I have to look up hte speaker prices more but i think im getting klipsch or logitech 7.1s which is what i was thinking id end up with a month ago. and the webcam price is just from what someone said here could cost but it may not be that high. So almost everything for 4600$ which is a shit load if i listed it! unless the water cooling cost over 500! Then is will cost that plus the whatever i go over budget!

Of course later it will cost whatever i spend in ram also and when i finally buy the speakers and webcam. Im hoping htat wont take long!
