It's quite simple, Outfit Points, should be spent on your Outfits Base. You could upgrade your base to give it different turrets, different doors, longer hack timer, doors take longer to hack, something to jam the interlink benifits, just stuff of that sort. Outfit points should not touch soldiers or thier weapons.

Thats hit the nail on the head

Things like:

Turrets
Addons
Adv. Targeting (longer range) - 200 points per turret
Sheilds (especialy useful on an amp station) - 200 points per turret
Self Repair - 300 points per turret
Self Regeneration (respawns automatical 60 seconds after destruction) - 500 points per turret.

Doors
Addons:
33% longer hack - facility wide, permanent till loss, 300 points
66% longer hack - facility wide, permanent till loss, 600 points
100% longer hack - facility wide, permanent till loss 1200 points
Lockdown - locks all doors to hackers for 5 mins, 30min recharge - 1000 points

Modules
Module Amp Housing - Houses the Module Amp - 1000 points
Module Amp - Amplifies pain module damage, can only be installed in YOUR outfit's base, preventing loners taking your base - Cannot be bought. gained from caverns.

Nice ideas so far


my idea is since u could get a symbol at 10000(or something)
Why not implement a custom symbol at 30000 outfit points


Remember jus a idea

Actually, such things as the ability to call in Orbital Vehicle Drops, or Instant Action Redirection, Supply Pods, etc. would be pretty cool.

because then everyone on the server would have download your custom symbol, imagine every outfit with a costum symbol having to upload it to every client.

I think if something like this was implemented make it so it would only toggle for someone with a certain number of earned outfit points like 10k or something. This way everyone wont just flock to the bigger outfits and gain from it instantly.

I say Perminant wepon/vech/soldier upgrades. But an outfit can only have 2 or 3 upgrades, depending on how many points they have accumuated in toltal so and outfit with 10k points can buy one 15k they can get two 30 k they can have 3. these points are seperate from the buying points in that the buying points can go down but the "Honor" points stay the same, like a ranking number.

They each cost 100 points per member in the outfit(so small outfits can have them), so if new people come in 100 more are deducted from the pool.


They wouldn't be huge power up, but they can help an outfit specialize, liek one could be a bolt driver enhancement, another Gauss/cycler/pulsar enhancment, and another ATV buff. they would be slight but enough to give a small advantage, only if being uses corectaly, the ones listed above would make a goos mobile/range attack/scouting outfit base.

That wouldn't be necessary, as there's a correlation between the size of the Outfit and the number of Outfit Points you acquire for doing the same things as a smaller Outfit. Sporkfire said it himself that the system does discourage Outfits from getting too big, which is why they opted for an Alliance system as well, to help keep together big Outfits together as a result of this change.
