I believe modern society, to an extent, hinders natural selection.

thats sorta the way i feel, im not smart, people around me are stupid. but im stupid when compaired to some people im sure.
as for this situation, i dont like how a girl can say yes, then say no, after the fact, or during, and then, claim rape, its bullshit. |

Seriously, we see some dumb blonde on her cell phone in traffic.
She hits a SUV, then barrels out of control into a wall or something and breaks her legs. In nature, she would be eaten off by a bear or something. But thanks to modern medicine, that won't happen. Obviously, I'm not saying we need to cut all medical aid so that our society will be smart, but there are just some really dumb people and they weren't here earlier.

Well I suppose it depends on just how old the girl is.. (ie. statutory rape). If she was actually over the age of consent then quite frankly the guy has commited no crime. Yes he's violated teacher protocol etc and should be sacked because of it but rape? Definition of rape is unlawful sexual intercourse with another human being without consent. I think quite frankly the evidence given demonstrates a solid implied consent, if not an express one. Rape? Ermm no..
