Insensitive Jerkface

I post this, not because I condone my Jerkface position on this, but I would like to see if anyone else agrees with me.

Recently, there was a sex scandal at one of the high schools in my area. A teacher slept with a student. And by "Slept" I mean "Raped"

So, needless to say, thats kinda shitty. So, then the girl posts what happened in her livejournal(CRAWWWWWWLING IIIIIIN MY SKIIIIIIIIIN). The event happened as follows.

Teacher hanging out with Female student. WTF light not going off.
Teacher says he needs to go home to pick up a cd. WTF light still not on.
Teacher gives tour of house. WTF light = Not doing anything.
Teacher asks if girl wants to go to the bedroom. Girl says yes. WTF light = Broken?
Teacher hops on bed, asks to make out, says girl is "Damn Cute" WTF light, beleive it or not, still not on. Girl accepts.
Teacher gets her naked, starts with teh fuxx0r1ng. WTF Light FINALLY goes off. Throws a hissy fit, claims rape.

Now, I agree that the teacher is a fucked up man that needs to be locked away. Im not debating the fact. However, I do not feel even remotely sorry for this particular "rape" victim, mainly because their stupidity is beyond description. It amazing that she went along that far.

Anyone else think that yes, the guy is fucked, the girl got what she had coming? Or, am I an Insensitive Jerkface, whose Elitism complex gets in the way of normal Human Compassion? (I go to A mini-college, in essence, she goes to a normal HS)

And girls wonder why guys treat them like shit. It's because we don't want to deal with the drama of being accused of rape if she decides she has second thoughts five minutes later (which for some of you, it's already been over for four minutes).

this is where my proposal for a new branch of the judical system to be made that takes on ridiculous cases where both parties are equally guilty or the case is just stupid to begin with. The sentences to to be cruel and unusual. for the next year the teacher must wear a top hat and carry at least 3 ducks with him at all times when out in public.

god there is this new girl in my Band class, she is such a slut, not to mention a sarcastic bitch. I wouldn't doubt that she would get pulled into the exact same situation. It's all in thier stupidity.

Though i may be scewed by the Elitism of Honors/AP courses i take too.(we have a kinda split in our school between realy smart people and alot of dumb ones)
