Well... nigh all people who were said to have gotten into exclusive beta had high specs. All of the people I know who got it (who did not mention it directly, but you kind of know when someone starts talking about the NDA and how they can't talk about it
) greatly exceeded the minimum specs.
I've been a forumer on here and PSI for quite some time. I took a short break from teh PSU boards because the community had been very small and suddenly skyrocketed. I wasn't really prepared to sift through all the spam that we had already talked about.
Anyway, yes. Depending on your specs, depending on you previous beta involvements, depending on your forum activity (sometimes), and (most of all) depending on luck - you get into Beta. That is just a statement of fact. You
do sometimes get into beta soley on your specs.
