They need to add a more detailed report function, by allowing us to right click report people from the chat window (for names that are hard to spell out) AND a text box that we can enter comments.

edit: The ones on Waterson I've reported are the LLLLllllllllLLLLLLllllLLLLL guy, Maejitip, supercock, anycockwilldo, KellyQ, ott3r, victoriasomething... I've reported most of them a few hundred times. I still saw KellyQ and ott3r on last night, been nearly a week since I started reporting. There are no GM's on our server I'm fairly sure, no way they'd allow the same people to continue to obviously cheat and admit it in the /chats while they do it.

You won't convince me. You can put up a Twitch stream though and show us your skills. Maintain your K/D and kill pace on stream, and show us you are a really good overall player.

I don't care if you played Planetside 1. That does not give you credibility. Especially if I have never heard of you.

You and Nado are cheaters, I have seen it with my own eyes in game. Its odd that I accused both of you, yet had no idea you were actually real life friends.

I talked to Nado last night for awhile. He didn't really deny hacking. He knew who I was and why I was messaging him. He said you expected to be banned because of the accusations and you were going to quit and go play Darkfall. That supposedly is your favorite game anyways. That you didn't even like FPS games. Which explains why you use cheats.

But hey if you don't like the accusations, you know what you need to do.

Sulphur was kicked from DVS today because they caught him hacking, which was a person I accused. Maetijip is banned. Slash is next to be banned (Although DVS claims his stats come from stat padding by farming alt accounts and not aimbotting, which is funny because he sure aimbotted me). You and Nado will then be banned. And then Axaxin. That was my list.

There are others about to be added to the list.

I am still unsure about EvilMind and FoolyCoolant. They are very close in my opinion but I am biting my tongue for now because I rarely see them on the battlefield.

You have some issues that has nothing to do with hackers it seems. I can be an ass sometimes but I was trying to be nice on these posts. The fact that you said you talked to Nado and he told you something about me yet you had no idea we were friends pretty much shows that you're making up everything. Also considering he was playing on Connery last night makes it even more unbelievable that he was talking to you.

I have yet to tun into blatant hackers on Mattherson, although I have personally received some hate-tells from VS crybaby snipers who thought I was aimbotting them, and were under the impression that cloaking somehow counteracts the bolt driver's head shot policy.

I'm sure that some of these hacking reports are legitimate, but having read through all 6 pages of this thread, I can't help but feel that most of the folks doing the complaining just can't reconcile their specific death situations with what they were able to see on the screen in a clusterfuck of a fight. I mean, I've been in similar situations, too, but after 2-3 deaths and not getting anywhere I generally relocate to somewhere I can make a difference. I mean, there's still a lot of server issues, and I'm pretty sure half of the reports about people teleporting is flat out server lag (something I witness frequently, and am accused of frequently simply because I tend to be near the largest of fights).

The fact that the leader board and stats are currently not updating could be handy.
I'm looking at the various players who I think might be suspect and taking a screenshot of their current details.
When the stats page finally catches up we'll easily see who is still playing or who may have been busted.

I'll also be able to see those who continue with the status quo or those that dont.
Those that dont could be the ones who took advantage of fact there was little to no chance of them being caught in the first week. But have since backed off now the heat has picked up.

Generally the longer you play time wise, the better you become.
Your K/D for example will either increase or, stay about the same because others are improving as well.

If you dont have anyone you suspect is cheating then for this exercise you can just take a look at the current Top 100 leader board and screen shot it or drop it into a spreadsheet.
Now these guys should continue to follow the trend they have now or be very close to it.
Their time played/kills/deaths should all still average out to the same numbers that are up there.

I'd be very surprised to any of them vary by great deal but there might be one or two.
If you played 2 days and have 5000 kills then I'd expect to see roughly 10000 kills for 4 days played. 3 days played and 6000 kills then for 9 days I'd see 18000 kills.
Give or take a thousand just to be generous.

If you played for 2 days and have 5000 kills and when its updated you have 8 days played and you are now only 10000, I'd question why the discrepancy.
You've gone from about 100 kills per hour to about 50 per hour.
Suddenly you've gone from Mr Elite to Mr Average?


No concrete evidence of anything but I bet the numbers show a few surprises.

I agree with both sides to some degree here. I do feel the lack of the kill cam makes it easier to feel like you were killed by a hacker, but at the same time you can't rule out the possibility of it being a legitimate player who hit you from some weird angle somewhere. Happened to me last night a few times, found the guy and brought him down easy enough with no contest. The only thing to me that is indicative of hacking is actually seeing it or having loads of people experience the same thing during a small time frame. They are out there, but I haven't ran into any that are as prevalent as it is suggested. Could just be the times I play though, I'm usually on late at night and on US East Jaeger, no one there has been deemed worthy of a report from what I've personally seen.

This has proven beyond a shadow of the doubt, no hackers are being detected. No admins are on the servers 24/7. They do not respond to /report or /yell or /re or anything else.

Opening up a support ticket could take days for a response.

This is a joke. I have played on public FPS servers for Counter Strike that were more policed then Planetside 2.

Generally speaking you'll have better luck twittering Smedly about hacks..He seems to respond well to them.

As an FYI, I was streaming on twitch yesterday, had a few people watch me play a bit when I was posting a 20:1 kdr. I offered for Sinist to watch twice but he never responded to my messages.
I may stream again today, under AssistVS in the evening EST. I hitch a lot though when I stream for some reason, yet my fps stays high.


On a side note - I didn't see as many hackers last night. I did see two that have been reported multiple times though.
