There are no server admins

At the crown just now on Waterson there is a guy named Maetijip aimbotting and speedhacking, killing people by the multiple dozens if not hundreds. We are all /reporting him and using /yell hoping that an admin can hear us.

The player is still running rampant.

In fact he managed to get to battle rank 41 and top of the leaderboards in the past few days somehow, by just hacking blatantly.

No server admins are responding.

WTF Sony? I am done paying for membership if you can't have admins watching the server. I want the dozen deaths from this ****** removed from my statistics, and I want something done so we can have a chat room for admins so when emergency's happen, we can contact someone in person.

That is not too much to ask for, for a subscription based MMOFPS.

Until then i'm not spending another dime.

This has proven beyond a shadow of the doubt, no hackers are being detected. No admins are on the servers 24/7. They do not respond to /report or /yell or /re or anything else.

Opening up a support ticket could take days for a response.

This is a joke. I have played on public FPS servers for Counter Strike that were more policed then Planetside 2.

SOE said there would be admins watching the servers 24/7 and that they would be banning hackers as fast as possible. People are getting to the top of the leaderbords by blatantly hacking for a week now? And not getting banned?

There are at LEAST 6 people in the top 20 on my server using blatant hacking that I personally know about. Nevermind overall on the server.

That is total failure.

Chat room admins would be better then nothing. I don't care if they get hammered with chat spam, I would at least like the peace of mind knowing I can at least try to contact one in person when there are problems. They don't need to respond to every "OMG WTF HE HAX" complaint, but when a whole region is witnessing a player blatantly hack, we would like to be able to get that person removed.

You couldn't get within a mile of the crown without being headshotted by an aimbot.

Blatant speedhacking.

No admin ever shows up, and I wouldn't be surprised if these player's are still playing. He was rank like 7 on the server in kills. HOW THE FUCK DO YOU BLATANTLY HACK AND GET THAT FAR INTO THE LEADERBOARD WITHOUT SOE NOTICING?

SOE is totally incompetant.

I experienced my first obvious hacker last night.

He was shooting me throw walls. A level 1 character who killed me slowly one shot at a time as I ran around in a building making sure he wasnt in a room with me.

It was clearly someone testing out a hack.

Yup, I saw a guy today who I reported yesterday on Miller for Speedhacking: Netbat
He was still playing, I am dissapoint :/

I have ran into quite a few on Connery. I have reported more than fair share of them who where blatantly speed hacking/aim botting and guess what. They are still playing...

There are six people on the top 20 who I have seen hacking.

Waterson server:

Slash, Sulphur, Nado, Assist, Axaxin, Maetijip,

Plus a half dozen other regular players i see day to day aimbotting. And the speedhackers usually a few a day.

Awesome work SOE. Glad youre on top of it.

Just seen some of the aimbotting vids, being new to online FPS I hadn't really understood what the fuss was about.

Yeah. SOE - I'm not going to be spending any more cash on micro-transactions in a game where that's happening, k? Thx.
