NC for life. I love the vanguard and phoenix far too much to ever switch.

That, and my outfit name "Liberty" doesn't seem to jive too well with TR or Vanu ideologies.

Maybe SOE will spell Sovereignty correctly on the CD cover this time around!

My core is VS, but if I can't play NC and TR I'm going to be pretty disappointed. I assume there will be at least 3 servers operating at launch.

NC all day everyday, simply because I have played TR and VS (Which i really enjoyed as the MCG was awesome, and VS they just didn't feel right) I just find that when playing the NC the community is more friendly and a lot more organized, also very chatty. But when playing the other factions I felt isolated mostly with VS though.

My friends are probably going NC again. Suits me fine, Vanguards are a beast and I loved the gauss just a little more than the cycler. In beta for PS1, I was Terran, though, and I never quite warmed up to the NC MAXes afterwards... Nothing provides that little burst of satisfaction like locking down and declaring this square yard of Auraxis yours and challenging the world to demonstrate otherwise.

I never did like Vanu, though.

Fair enough. My point was more that the gap, for me, is less than it seems to be for most. I liked the cyclers, too. Well, at various balance pass iterations, at least.
