I'm not really seeing an issue here, the various structures appear to have multiple entrances and exits and we aren't being forced into indoor facilities. Sure, the capture room is probably one structure people will have to get into, but it appears to have at least six doors.
Not sure if we have seen the barracks yet (Where troops will spawn) but I imagine it at least has to be large enough for a MAX to exit, and will likely have multiple doors. |

I'm not to worried about it. Here is a couple reasons why. We already know these facility's are going to be huge.
1.) There will be multiple spawn points through out the facility. We will no longer be confined to just one area to spawn at. I would expect will probably see 2 or maybe 3 areas where spawn tubes are located inside the facility's. This will help spread the players out. So crowding isn't going to be as big of a issues as you think. 2.) Even if we get confined to 1 area to spawn at. There will be multiple exits from which you can leave. Just looking at the GDC footage you could see 4 doors from which you could exit. There where 2 down stairs on the lower floor and 2 upstairs on the upper floor. My overall opinion about it is. Don't worry it will be fine. Besides, it will help provide some natural choke points for combat. The way I look at spawn rooms like the one we saw in the GDC footage is that they will end up being the new tower fights of PS2. |

I think I remember someone on this board posted a thread about the 'Collision' issue a while back......or last year.

I'm all for discussion... but door width? Hahaha.
If your really that bothered, picture this scenario. Youre in a base alone, your spawn has just blown, and you have to hold out for a minute while your squad gets another spawn up. Do you want a wide door for 10 people to shoot you through? Or do you want a nice bottleneck that you can hold by yourself? There are two sides to each fight remember. The only issue in my opinion is with friendly fire, we all know FPS players are not the most patient, and they all think theyre the star of the show. I foresee getting shot in the back of the head by my own team alot. Maybe impliment a slight lean system for holding doors, that way the two either side are the guys who are holding.
