Hands down the worst piece of Facebook spam I've ever been subject to.

Do they honestly expect us to spam our friends, and for them to turn around and say "wow this Planetside 2 game that has taken over my entire feed looks awesome!"

It's like KONYSIDE2012.

I can understand their desire for some game marketing, utilizing the fan base to get it.

It's motivating us to spread the word and give PS some press. I think that's OK, though I certainly hope the weapon models aren't exclusive to people who managed to scam/spam 50 of their friends into clicking on the recruitment app.

Eurgh, what the hell. I understand the need to market the game and getting PSU's Hamma and cynicalBrit's TB was a great move.. but this Facebook thing..

Forced facebook spamming has always annoyed me and now its been taken several leagues further for a game I was really looking into..
I'm more than happy to spread the PS2 message around and try to recruit friends and so on.. but when a Facebook app wants me to 'share' screenshots that aren't even new, 14 times.. It feels tacky and cheap.

Luckily the people developing the game are not the same people that develop the SoE marketing....

I had to unlike and the like it again to get it.

My youtube one doesn't work. Other than that I have all of the ones I could get myself. Secret missions and recruiting missions are still, eh.

Most likely a timed exclusive.

Anyone who knows about the game right now has told their friends. This idea just sucks all around and I hope to god they don't have social media exclusives.
