I think the MAXes-piloting-vehicles is an interesting direction. But why not take it further? Imagine killing a mosquito and when the pilot bails he's not just a light assault. He's not even a MAX unit. Oh no. The pilot bails out and it's a fully functional Prowler! Yes, that's right. Vehciles inside vehicles. And why stop at one vehicle inside another? There needn't be a limit to how deep the rabbit hole goes beyond the depths of an enterprising individuals own pockets. Planetside can be the first game to feature matroshka dolls of death; but instead of wimpy wooden dolls they're implements of war.

I take it you didn't watch it all? Allowing maxes in vehicles was just in for the test. They'll be disabling that.
