Discoverable information for new players

With all the influx of new players I think the front page of the wiki should have some clear starting point for someone to learn more about PS2. The Wiki is the natural place for new PS2 fans to get brought up to speed on what we know of the game, but currently the main page really only directs to the faction pages and not to the meat of PS2 content.

I think a "Learn About PlanetSide 2" link on the main page that takes users to a rundown of the game would serve that purpose. The natural landing page would probably be the PlanetSide 2 page, with major topics branching off of it, but with a reasonable summary in the PS2 page itself.

Yep, I think a "getting started" page or similar would be great. We just don't have enough info to really fill it out yet, but we can get started.
