Quick question,
Alright, I know you need 10 members to start an outfit. My question is: If you need to boot people, and the number goes below 10, is the outfit disbanded? I.e. can you have an outfit with conceivably only 5 members or so? I know a person wouldn't really want this, but is it possible?

Alright, thanks.
The reason I ask is that I'd like to start an outfit tonight, but I really only have 4 other people that I want in it right now. I'll just get some 'fluff' to get it created, then have them leave. Maybe I'll offer free Galaxy rides if they join

Since the official manual is so sparse, I have to ask these basic things here. Sorry
Can people other than the creator of the outfit recruit into the outfit? I know there's a ranking system, but what are the cutoffs?
