Myself and my squad were joking around last night about me getting CR5.

Would anyone listen to me?

Or would they add me to their ignore?

NC on Konried have one CR5 to my knowledge and he uses global messages to request support at specific areas and then once he has that support he uses continental messages to direct the massive army he's amassed to certain objectives while also playing operator - making sure things get done while getting and sending status reports from/to the whole force and specific squad leaders... I'm honestly not sure how he manages to send and receive so many tells and other messages and continue fighting at the same time but he does. Oh, and yeah, the majority of the people do listen to him and we've been doing a helluvalot better since we started.

TR had a CR5 who did simlar things in late beta.. he did a great job requesting and directing forces.

Of course not eveyrone is going to listen, but those who play for the global aspect will. People who just play for XP and cant be bothered with helping their own empire wont listen

I have to say that being a SL is tough enough. Being a CR5 and actually directing larger units has to be hellish. But, I imagine some of the work becomes more second nature over time.

y'know we have a few cr5 on emrald NC now, and we have been doing much better with them. Got to actually take foresal under his leadership. It was fun to report an AMS to him, then watch the cont command go out, then watch the reavers swarm in... kinda nice!

Gotta say that this is the most fun I've had playing PS yet!

Tell me about it. Last night, during the raid on Hossin, I sent him a /tell telling him how good he was doing. I figured, with all he was doing, I wouldn't get a responce. No no no, as soon as removed my finger from the enter key, he replied back with, "Thank you, MajorT0m". If you want my honest opinion, I think hes a machine!

Emerald has a few CR5 and... they really suck. They never try to organize or do anything, but hey I wouldn't mind that as long as they don't spam.
